All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 business days. We use Royal Mail Tracked for all shipments.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days — £3.95

Free UK Delivery on orders over £50

Europe

3–7 business days

Rest of the World

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all labels attached.

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@caicocotton.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

If we have sent you the wrong item, the wrong size, or a faulty product, return shipping is on us — we will arrange collection or provide a prepaid label.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return postage is at your own cost.
