Our clothing is designed for a comfortable, relaxed fit. If your baby is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra room to grow.

All Caico Cotton garments are made from 100% organic Egyptian cotton, which has a natural stretch and becomes softer and more flexible with every wash.

Tips for Choosing the Right Size

Between sizes? We always recommend sizing up. Our Egyptian cotton has a natural give and becomes more flexible with wear and washing, so a slightly larger size will still fit beautifully and give your little one room to grow.

Buying as a gift? If you're unsure, choose the larger size. Babies grow quickly and a slightly bigger garment will be worn for longer.

Premature babies: Our NB size is designed for full-term newborns. For premature or very small babies, please contact us at info@caicocotton.com and we'll help you find the best fit.
